Terra Firma Landscapes uses experienced courier and fulfilment partners for the delivery of your orders. Delivery is available throughout mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Northern Ireland and Off Shore Islands – Unfortunately, we are NOT delivering outside the UK mainland at present.
Terra Firma Furnishings is NOT able to deliver to the Scottish Islands/Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
Smaller Products
We offer FREE delivery on all orders. Currently, for smaller products, we use our regular courier partners, typically Parcel Force and Royal Mail.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order tracking details. Please allow 3 – 7 working days for delivery.*

Larger Products
For Example, Garden Furniture, Outdoor Heading, Barbecues, Garden Storage, Parasols & Gazebos.
We offer FREE delivery on all orders. Currently, for larger products, we use specialist courier partners; these can consist of pallet deliveries and 2-man delivery services.
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order tracking details, and you will be contacted by the respective courier partner to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.
Someone must be on-site to receive the goods, all delivery times quoted once you have been contacted are approximate.
Larger product deliveries will only be made to the nearest suitable spot. This may be curbside or the pavement if obstacles or unsuitable surfaces are present.
Deliveries do not include the assembly of products.
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery – Subject to stock availability.
Returns
In the UK, you’re legally entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Your refund will be processed as per your legal rights according to the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014. You are required to take reasonable care of the product while it’s in your possession. The full product purchase price will be refunded for such returns.
